Small Space Done (smallspacedone.com) is an independent website run from Portugal, so the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies. This page explains what data is collected when you visit, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

  • Analytics (only with your consent in the EU/EEA, UK and Switzerland). We use Google Analytics 4 to count page views and see which articles are useful: pages viewed, approximate country, device and browser type, and the referring site. IP addresses are not stored by Google Analytics 4. If you decline, Google Analytics runs in a cookieless mode that sends no identifiers.
  • Hosting logs. The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes technical request data (such as IP address and browser) to deliver and secure the site.
  • Email. If you write to [email protected], we receive your address and message and use them only to reply. Mail is forwarded through Cloudflare Email Routing to a Google mailbox.

We do not run ads, sell data, or ask you to create an account.

Cookies and your choices

Visitors in the EU/EEA, UK and Switzerland are asked before any analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time with the cookie settings link in the footer. Outside those regions, analytics cookies are set by default and you can block them in your browser.

Links to shops

Product buttons link to online shops such as Amazon. Once you click through, that shop's own privacy policy and cookies apply. Some of these may become affiliate links in the future; see our affiliate disclosure.

Legal basis and retention

Analytics is based on consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) where consent is required. Hosting logs and replies to email are based on legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)). Google Analytics data is kept for no more than 14 months. Emails are kept only as long as needed to answer.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, or withdraw consent, by emailing [email protected]. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD) or to the authority where you live.
